By accessing and using Rent-Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Rent-Hub platform, including landlords, tenants, students, and any other users who access or use our services.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use Rent-Hub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and notify us of any breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Use only one account - multiple accounts are prohibited

You may not use Rent-Hub:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, or engage in any fraudulent activity
• To collect or track the personal information of others without consent
• To post discriminatory listings or content
• To circumvent platform fees or payment systems

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Rent-Hub service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rent-Hub and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using Rent-Hub (listings, profiles, messages). However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rent-Hub acts as a platform connecting landlords and tenants. We are not a party to any rental agreements or transactions. You acknowledge that:

• We do not verify the accuracy of listings or user information
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of properties listed
• We are not responsible for the conduct of users on the platform
• You use the platform at your own risk
• We are not liable for any disputes between landlords and tenants

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may delete it through your profile settings. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including listings, messages, and preferences.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
